Dan Heyworth General Manager

Dan runs Arhaus, a company that focuses on architecturally designed, energy efficient buildings.

He thinks that the problem with custom-designed architectural buildings is often the length of time they take to produce, their complexity and the uncertainty of cost.

The lessons Dan has learned at Arhaus are a fundamental part of Box Living including construction efficiency, material selection and energy efficiency.

Tim Dorrington Architect

Tim is inspired by the modernist design from the 40's and 50's, notably the steel architecture of Pierre Koenig and Craig Ellwood. The clean lines, open spaces and honest expression of materials in their architecture resulted in crafted, yet simple and calming spaces.

These ground breaking design trends are clearly evident in Box Livings structural build and feel.

Nat Holloway Project Manager

With an engineering degree and global experience in managing the build process, Nat Holloway and Nat Jakich make a very professional building team.

Bringing 5 years of quality experience to the team at Box, Nat has managed the building of many of Auckland's 'cutting edge' architectural homes. His passion for stringent planning & efficient processes mean that building a home with Box will be as smooth as possible.

When you consider that Nat's idea of fun is to plan while actively being involved in the build, you'll know the Box concept is well thought out and executed. It's a journey that Nat loves taking his clients through, he's passionate that your home is an architectural experience while exceeding expectations and value.

Nat Jakich Construction Manager

As the director of his own building company, Nat has gained first-class experience in building modern and innovative homes.

He maintains a diverse focus, ranging from both rural and suburban architectural projects, and has an extensive understanding of scalable architecture.

Using the best suppliers and contractors, combined with the right knowledge, has been the key to his success in building some of New Zealand’s exceptional architecturally designed homes.
