Leigh House

The Leigh house is a BOX Lite. It is split-level due to the contour, with a large western covered deck area, 3 bedrooms which can become 4 in the future and a large open plan area. The BOX suited this sloping section ideally due to the flexibility in design and tight budget. The house will have fantastic indoor-outdoor flow to the large covered deck area and views our to the sea. The house will be super-insulated and has thermal-broken aluminium joinery, Wormorator waste system and collects its own water.
