Peka Peka Beach House

This splendid BOX Classic Design is a ‘T’ design with two covered deck areas and a fantastic roof deck giving 360 degree views of the incredible local landscape. The house is a 3 or 4 bedroom beach house with large open plan main living area and ‘spine’ kitchen. The house will collect its own rainwater and uses gas for space heating and water heating. The house will be clad in cedar between the engineered timber beams and posts and a feature steel spiral staircase will link the deck areas and the roof-deck.
